    Even to this day this is the best booty workout. It gives me such fast results and my booty only looks it's best when I start incorporating this workout in my routine. I swear by this. Please give it a try. Do it for 2 weeks and you'll know!

    Dear Bailey,🏕 I do like🏕 your working out videos. 🏕 They 🏕are slow and on these 🏕sunny 🏕and beautiful 🏕beaches gives me 🏕amazing power 🏕and positive 🏕energy. The only think is if you could do videos for beginners - meaning , when you do one side of body that you do only 2 or 3 exercise and if you could switch the side of body..., because , doing 8 different exercise on one side is making my muscles very quick tired, special in this video. I needed often to make brake during this work out, and I needed to skip some of them, and it has make me sad, even repeating this video for 25th time. I'am very skinny, doing EMS 1x every 2 weeks and 3x a week in Gym. Thank you so much 🏕🏕🏕🏕🏕🏕🏕🏕🏕

    3rd time doing this.....i swear i was dripping sweat.... i am stronger which meant that my form was better....which meant that i could perform each exercise better....which meant that it was just as intense as the first time 😂 i love this workout so much.....just no matter what i try my wrist still hirts so bad.....but still i love it. ❤

    Did this today.....before i did a Burpeegirl Tabata and that was tough and this was just like adding pepper sauce on top 🔥 Ill try ti be consistent with this one. Try. 😅 Edit: My butt is SORE.......and I didn't even do all the reps or even every exercise because I was so wiped out lol...... you don't really FEEL the exercises too much while doing it but you DEFINITELY feel it the next day. ❤

    My knees and wrist killed me lol 😂 My butt is numb ❤ The next day my butt was extremely sore and the deep deep muscles in my obliques were very sore also....like hurting to laugh or cough. I didn't expect that. GreY workout.

    Doing this with resistance bands right after another of her booty workouts... rip me. 🥵😵 Lol, this was has been by far the hardest one I’ve done. I’m sweating so much and I think my backside’s numb. Thanks! 🙏 I’ll keep revisiting this one.

    Great workout Bailey! I feel quite the burn on the supporting side throughout and not much on the leg that's actually doing the work. Is that normal or am I doing sth wrong? Mind you I'm a newbie in pilates 😅

    This is my go to booty workout....it is a killer! After the workout, on such an isolated workout, maybe add on one or two stretches?! I am not sure if I will be walking normal this evening, let alone tomorrow......just did the legs and this one! Hello from Ontario Canada.

    Hi Baily! I love following your workouts from your magazine, and all of the other great info you put in it also. I just subscribed so maybe you have done an article on this before but, I would love to hear what brands you workout in and really get your sweat on in. I always opt for black at the gym on cardio days because I sweat so much and hate the look of a wet booty!     I promise I am not stalking you; I have almost 4000 workout videos saved and randomized on here, and it's obviously been a Bailey week. :) So, yeah, I think my left butt cheek has died off, I literally cannot feel it right now. I was going to do at least one other workout right after this one, but I may or may not take a few minutes to try and revive those butt muscles first. :) As always, thanks a lot, this was another killer set!

    HI Bailey I just did your booty like a peach emoji.Earlier I was fighting with my mind trying to figure out witch workout of yours should I do becouse there was another of yours that was also a booty workout it's about 26 mnts.So I said heck with it I know both are gonna killme any ways.And I wassss sooooo right.My glutess were on fire !!!!!!!!!!!!!and I also used anckle weights and did the video 2times.Iam not going to lie but when i finished the video the first time I said ok nomore weights .But then something in my mind said I can do it .So I finished the 2 round with ankle weights.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
