My knees kinda hurt because I don't have any workout mat. But anyway thank you so so much for this. I felt such a relief of all my problems after I did it. Love it❤❤❤

@@mrodriguez7896 I don't know about that because it's individual. Some women make also sports or workout even they're pregnat. Maybe you can ask your doctor.
taking care of my body is so important to me. i never used to exercise or practice mindfulness or ate food that actually made me feel good. and now it’s like a whole new perspective. i’m more grateful for everything and generally more at peace with myself. it’s easier to manage tasks. i’m sleeping better. it’s amazing.

When I read “Take Care of Your Body, It's Your Home,” I felt mixed emotions. I don't know if it's sadness, a desire to cry, or a feeling of pity for what I do to myself every day. In fact, eating disorders destroy a person's life and can even kill them. Thank you for your work and thank you for your effort ❤❤❤

I do this after one of your Tabata super sweaty exercise. It is very relaxing and the first day I when I tried the Tabata vedio, I nearly slept while doing this soothing stretches.

stretching exercises are really great for the body. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

Thank you for this! I alway force myself to workout and it is difficult for me to listen to myself. Last week I was ill so this week I still felt lethargic and weak. I feel so guilty for not working out. Work has been pretty tough too so I was extremely stiff and inflexible. This workout just helped me to feel more loose and free. Apparently that was what my body wanted!
