    @@mrodriguez7896 I don't know about that because it's individual. Some women make also sports or workout even they're pregnat. Maybe you can ask your doctor.

    taking care of my body is so important to me. i never used to exercise or practice mindfulness or ate food that actually made me feel good. and now it’s like a whole new perspective. i’m more grateful for everything and generally more at peace with myself. it’s easier to manage tasks. i’m sleeping better. it’s amazing.

    When I read “Take Care of Your Body, It's Your Home,” I felt mixed emotions. I don't know if it's sadness, a desire to cry, or a feeling of pity for what I do to myself every day.     I do this after one of your Tabata super sweaty exercise. It is very relaxing and the first day I when I tried the Tabata vedio, I nearly slept while doing this soothing stretches.

    Thank you for this! I alway force myself to workout and it is difficult for me to listen to myself. Last week I was ill so this week I still felt lethargic and weak. I feel so guilty for not working out. Work has been pretty tough too so I was extremely stiff and inflexible. This workout just helped me to feel more loose and free. Apparently that was what my body wanted!
