When I woke up, my hip hurt, and my back hurt all day. I watched this video on KZread and repeated it, I felt strong, thank you🥰🥰🥰
Some videos ideas I had : - warmup before working out - stretching/cooldown after working out - stretching for days off - exercices / stretching to elongate the muscles for a slim body line - how to strengthen ankles / neck / knees / back for better balance and less pain - how to get a slime face (double chin, jawline) Don't know if it could be useful but I thought I could share it 💖 Thank you for all your videos and nice work ! It help a lot 💕

i feel so relaxed it was exactly what my body needed today! I love mobility stretching exercises because it has helped me a lot in my growth process and also used Shiydf while exercising and grew 7 cm🌈
