This is standing workout but you can also follow it while sitting.
Try this routine everyday in a row for 4 weeks.

I have been doing this workout for 3 months now together with shirlyn Kim's cardio. I looped this workout for 40 minutes daily. Today I weigh 58kg down from 66kgs. I feel so proud of myself. Thank you Mizi for this wonderful video.

@@sebahatsahin3953 I did the smaller waist which 40 minutes long every day, the 20 minute low impact, this very exercise too and now I do every new videos she uploaded. Very effective
My favorite workout so far. Loving the playlist she added. Workout is not boring anymore. It's been a week and i can see the changes in my arms and shoulders. I will definitely continue doing it.

I love these exercises! Looking simple but my arms are burning 😂 I feel like I'm stretching and exercising at the same time. Gentle yet effective. I think they could be good for senior citizens too with some modifications 🙂🤔

@@_chl3e866 thats exactly how my conditions used to be , it was also wide and fat and very flabby esp on the bra line , this work out really works but again it needs to be done consistently and i also suggest to do alot of stretching ,and a good protein, low sugar diet thats what i did as well its very effective.

Clears my lungs out, using deep breathing exercises and I can breathe and singing better.
Stick to it! Never have Ive seen results this quick. been doing it for at least 20 days and I've noticed major changes. I would say that in two more weeks I will be where I want to be and thats exiting! Started doing the smaller waist. But I should mention that Ive been eating healthy the majority of the time...

I started doing this another workout she does and baby I love the results just in 2 weeks of doing them once a day sometimes even at night and morning when I'm not to tired from my job, but for sure everyday I do this and I'm seeing results and love it

Day 1 today, well I thought this was a piece of cake. Guess what I can’t move my hands, they are burning. I managed to push myself to finish all the exercises with you. Thank you Mizi. I will come back with results after 2 weeks

Day 7 successfully completed, already feeling the difference, the best part is the shoulder pain bcoz of long hours sitting job has completely disappeared
50대 여성헬린이 입니다. 지금 3주째 참여하고 있는데요~ 처음 일주일은 팔이 무겁고 힘들어서 중간중간 헥헥 거리면서 다 따라하지도 못했고, 두번째 일주일은 힘들지만 억지로 따라 했었고, 지금 3주째 되니깐.. 그 미리 예행해준 부분까지 따라서 하게 되네요. 매일 꾸준히 따라하다보니 정말 그 단단하던 등이 많이 부드러워졌고 제 팔이 무겁지 않다는걸 느낍니다. 앞으로도 계속 참여해서 좋은 결과 얻겟습니다 감사합니다~~

So not really much of a diet more of just a limitation and it’s not easy but it gets easier. Just drink as much water as you can

I will be consistent for 2 weeks and will tell you the results! and I will def do it! Details: Waist: Accurate 25.5 inches, My back fat/bra bulge shows on the sides of my stomach giving me side fat/tummy rolls Day 1: ✅ I did it! and felt ALOT OF BURN on my back, I have never done any back exercises so I had to take breaks between the exercises. Day 2: ✅ Did it!! again a lot of burn on my back not any easier than first day. But my arms burn too! Day 3:✅ DID IT! no changes...same waist size and i still have back fat showing Day 4: ✅ Did it again...a bit easier but still burns a lot...no changes Day 5: ✅ Did it!! my fat still shows (i can't tell if it's reduced a bit or not) but my waist size is 25.2!! Day 6: ✅ Did it!! my fat still shows...and my waist is still a 25.2 Day 7: ✅ Did it!! My waist is 25.1!!! OMG! and my fat on one side is reduced a little bit, like on left side i have to bend ALOT for my tummy rolls to show...my right is kinda the same maybe need to focus on my right a little bit more. Day 8: ✅ Did it!! My waist is the same size and my fat is the same too! Day 9: ✅ DID IT!! I also did 30 min pilates today for waist...I didn't measure my waist and my RIGHT SIDE IS NOW THE SAME AS LEFT SIDE!!! Day 10: ✅ DID IT!!! I did 30 min cardio too...my left and right are same now!!~ didn't measure my waist today too :( Day 11: ✅ DID IT!! It's so much easier now tho my arms still burns and my right and left BOTH HAVE REDUCED!!! now when I bend they ONLY HAVE 1 roll INSTEAD OF 3 ROLLS!!! YAYYYY!!!! Day 12: ✅ DID IT!!!! YAY!! RESULTS ARE SOON!! I also did 30 min cardio and my rolls are the same! Day 13: ✅ DID IT AGAIN!!! nothing new i noticed Day 14: ✅ YESS THE FINAL DAY!!! DID IT!! I also did a 30 min model body pilates of Lily Sabri RESULTS: MY WAIST IS 24.7!!!! OMG!!! I AM SO HAPPY I HAVE NEVER HAD M WAIST IN 24'S YAYY!! and my back fat/bra bulge has reduced ALOT! now I have to bend a lot in side for my side fat to show it is not completely gone but to an extend it has!!! I am soo happy with my results!!!

This really helps with my upper back/neck/trap/shoulder stiffness and pain. I tried all sorts of stretching but it’s actually this kind of exercises once per day to get the muscles moving and wormed up a bit that makes the pain magically disappear. Thank you so much!

Dear Mizi, thank you for the workout. I`ve made it for 1 month once or twice per day along with a diet and your other workouts. Actually, changes are not visible, because I have 30 extra kg. Hence, I feel musclus under fat and my posture improved so I think it really works, maybe I just need more time.

I use it more as a stretch routine pre workout that helps loosen my muscles and cracks my bones because I did it for a month straight as well with zero results on my arm and back fat. It got easier as the weeks went on.

Mizi: *waves hello * Me: *waves hello* My boyfriend: this isn’t part of the workout. Me: it’s the warm up. Anyway I’m a little bigger and had trouble with some of the stretch positions but the more you do this the more you get used to it and the easier it gets. If you aren’t getting it on the first day it’s ok form and flexibility comes in time ! You’re going through the motions and still working muscles that haven’t been worked ! Keep it up

Did this workout for 4 weeks and the exercises were amazing for me. My arms became slimmer and my back looked toned. My chest looked in better shape too. ❤️❤️

@@iraqiblink5052 well not really.....to get a small chest you need to do cardio, wall push ups could work too. These exercises are more for toning and tightening.

This one did it for me. Only a few days show the result. I tried other arm workout but not obvious. I do this periodically and maintain nice shoulders and arms.
