I get the 30 part. I’m 28 and I’m not so scared of aging physically it’s more seeing how life goes by quite fast past 25 and I see the people loving getting older while getting more and more away from my childhood. Not that I want to live in childhood again, it’s more it feels so much far away, not sure how to explain it lol 😅

I learned at a young age not to believe anything media told me and half the stuff people repeating media tell me lol. I remember being six watching the local news in the morning and they would have experts on about this or that. One week they would say coffee decreases heart attacks later in life. Two weeks later they would say coffee increases heart attacks. They try to trip you up. Just use logic making decisions please don't take cold showers just because some crazy group somewhere wants to trick you into taking cold showers so that less electric is used to heat the water resulting in them patting them selves on the back for fighting climate change cons behind your back

Uffff, very sourrr😊. You should contain the mango inside plastic bag etc. Instead bare naked in freezer. That way the moisture would stay at a level it wouldn't hurt your throat. Thrust me you dont want to cough blood after consuming for many long years

Okay I have been wallking everyday for the last month. I suffered an eating disorder 10 years ago but I have since overcome that. However, I have gained so much weight back now and I am afraid of what my mind is going to do. Walking isn't helping as much anymore it seems my body has gotten used to it. So I am going to start this Monday morning and I am going to stick with it. I got this! Could use some motivation.
