hi! i’m way less fit than you, so i wasn’t able to do most of the exercises nearly as long as you were, i had to take extra breaks and exclude myself from certain ones(knowing there was no way in hell i’d be able to do it) you are very motivating and this is going to be so helpful in my journey to being healthier. in case anyone wants to know, here’s my progress. i’m gonna update in two weeks(and during those two weeks im going to try to eat healthier and do this workout and be more active) 1-31-24: 190 lbs +struggled through the video
