This one was rough. I havent worked out in over a month and my smart brain thought, 20 mins isnt that long. I've been sore for 2 days. I'm on my 3rd day now and i think I'm ready for the 30 minute pilates video. To everyone else who made it through, good job! 👍🏻 Don't be afraid to make modifications too or take more breaks than on the video. No shame in that! 🎉

This was a true challenge for me. On the ab section (beggining circuit), my upper thighs felt it more so than abs. I can hold a plank for a long time so I think it’s just my legs on these particular ab moves (?). On the lunge section, I felt good burn (love this); and after all circuits, that stretch was excellent. Thanks Anna! ❤❤❤

I'm getting back into working out after a very stressful exam season (still in it but nearing the end thank the lord) and I used to do pilates all the time, so I thought this would be an easy workout( it was not). First time trying Pilates and oh my god how correct you are! My whole body BURNED throught that way-too-long 20mins and I'm pretty sure I'll be sore for the next few days. Nevertheless, I'm totally in love and will definitely do again as soon as I can function without feeling sore every second :D
