    Hey Anna! Lastly i been diagnosed with nervous anorexia and obviously the treatment is consuming more calories and burning fewer, so they told me that i could'nt do any type of cardio or HIIT. I was really sad because i love working out, so having this type of workouts are perfect for my recover, and i can keep going with the goal of building strenght and being disciplined. Thank you so much, i watch your vlogs and podcasts and i feel really like you were there for me. Having a TCA it's not a small deal but you make it defenitely make it way easier for me, thank you, ily. ❤❤

    Incredible workout as usual Anna!!! I loved it. But while doing it I was thinking maybe it would make more sense to name it advanced pilates/intense pilates because it's honestly very intense!! Not criticism but I thought it could be useful for some people who may be looking for a slower-paced / less intense pilates session. Have a lovely day!!
