@@nogo23I quit my nightly giant bowl of ice cream habit 😂 AND hit the workouts nearly every day for the first two months of exercising. When I was too tired or sore I at least did stretching or yoga. My workouts were always Anna's videos. Good job with building muscle and strength!!

If you're looking for beginner to get your strength up look up Chloe Ting she does 10 to 20 minute workout that are a great pace and will really good to get your going then when you 'out do' hers come back to Anna it worked for me xxx
