I’ve been lifting light weight for a long time and it doesn’t get easier!! You just have to find the right workouts that challenges you, these ones are pretty good for that! more repetitions and pulses are super helpful and challenging! Just remember to always be having fun and listen your body!! You are doing great!

It doesn't really matter how much weight you lift, to be honest. I've been working out forever and I'm good with just 5lbs.🤣 Going heavier is only necessary if you want to bulk up more. So don't stress, as long as you're moving, that's what counts x
I took a few unauthorized breaks, but made it to the end. Next week I'll try again with no added breaks. Great workout. Thanks!

Anna! Could you tell me what type of workout this is? This is strength training or endurance training? By the way, Your videos have changed a lot for me. There were days when I could only do a 5 to 10-minute workout before completely burnout but now I follow you along the whole video. I think there is more mental toughness is required than physical strength for these workouts. Thanks for sharing these videos!

There are plenty of upper body strength routines and 5-minute push-up workouts out there, but they're not designed for people like me who want to get their first push-up.
