Hey anna!!! I have been doing your workouts since 2021, I was literally on the verge of death (17 years who weight 39kgs)...I did a lot of your Strength training with HIIT(once a week) and now I am the happiest in my body that I have ever been(20 years weighing 52kgs!!!!!!), thank you so much girlllll

i also started 17 yr old now 20, but remained the same chubby physique who sometimes get skinny (if tried hard) cause of stress eating. basically pulling a tug of war with myself sometimes i win but it wont take long till binge eating sabotage it and bring me back to where i came from. i hate it. but i never gave up, i still find ways to solve things + theres times i lose motivation and stop working out because of it but i keep finding myself coming back. though i remained the same chubby, but i felt comfortable now and probably looks a bit less fat than 3 years ago. If only i could talk with my future self, i want to ask if i finally achieved it, skinnier. I want to ask if i had finally won the battle with binge eating disorder.

@@cutieoui7772 hey sweetheart...I am pretty sure your future self would be freaking proud of you...not everyone takes the same time...I too feel bad and insecure about myself but I am trying and I am damn sure you are trying too...keep working out(don't do high intensity everyday it will worsen your body) and keep your diet 80 20...who cares if you are chubby or skinny...you are healthy and alive and feeling happy... that's what we want...keep it up I am proud of you
I hate cardio and upper body day but I gotta remeber that the whole team is in this! We must never give up!🎉🎉 So exited to get sweaty 🔥💪

I did a break like 2000 times, I thought I'm gonna die after first minute I wanted to cry all the time (but its because I'm depressed) and I gave up on 88%. I still did something maybe not much but still comparing to laying all days in bed due to my depression it's much. Everything ended with a mental breakdown but hopefully shower is gonna cheer me up . For every beginer here, I believe in you, you can do this. It's amazing that you even decided to try❤
