Hi guys!!! I am soooo excited to be BACK with a BRAND NEW WORKOUT!! We are kicking off this NEW SEASON of workouts with a bad-ass booty burner! This 10 minute workout targets the entire booty area and incorporates some bonus leg and thigh slimming movements. Can't wait to hear your feedback and RESULTS!!

I love how you don’t say “grow a big butt” because the only way to really do is weight lifting! You told us what these workouts really do! And they really work! Thank you for not being some fake fitness KZreadr who uses user’s insecurities for views.. ❤️
When I wanted to quit because of the pain Bailey was like: "stay with me - you are strong!" and so I pushed through. ❤. 🍑

Sherlock Holmes i usually do about 30-40 minutes a day, combined with a hiit workout as well. i would combine her slim thighs workout, butt lifting workout, and some of the lose belly fat workouts

i've been working out almost two years now, added weights and a resistance band to this and everytime i do this workout i feel so refreshed but it's one of the toughest i've ever done!!

OMG this burns like crazy! I did your new 10 minute slim thigh workout yesterday and this booty workout today - I guess I won't be able to walk with my sore muscles in about 1 - 2 days....but I love it!!

Also, like you said, you can’t grow a BIG butt without lifting but I have to say that my butt definitely got bigger by doing challenging home workouts, because toning the flat muscle will give you a rounder fuller mass = bigger butt. I completely solved my flat butt problem
