7 Day Pilates Challenge 🤍 workout 5
Each day of the challenge I’m going to post a new workout. Beginner level do this once. Repeat this workout 2-3 times if you're advanced. Leave me your workout requests 🤍
This workout will help to work your glutes and hamstrings. It's a great workout to help tone and lift your butt, as well as the back of the legs. This is one of my fave quick butt lift series!! Enjoy!!

How many workouts do you recommend to see results?
I love how calm and soft yet motivating you are. I haven't really tried pilates before but thanks to you I'm loving it. I'll try to repeat your seven day challenge for the whole month after I'm done with it!

hi Bailey Brown. I'm wondering how your mat is on the knees? I am contemplating buying it but the shipping is making it less affordable and if I pull the trigger, the thin mat on my knees is concerning me. thanks

I really like the workouts but I find my side starts to cramp up?? I try and fix my form but that cramp keeps coming back, what am I going wrong?

hi ! I'm no professional but make sure you stretch h regularly after every workout and before every workout! this can help with soreness!! 🩶🩶
the static leg worked my harder
BUT IS ON FIRE ! She is burning
this one is definitely harder than others from this playlist, like in other you at least don’t get to the point when you think to quit, but this one, it was too much🥲🥲
