Today we have a metabolism boosting cardio workout that will leave you sweaty and feeling energised for your day. This class is low impact - so there no heavy jumping or excess pressure on your knees. Just energising pilates based sequences. Let me know if you prefer cardio classes like this one or slower pilates toning classes (or a mix of both) xx

I just don’t get how you make 10 minute work outs feel like they last 2 minutes ❤ it’s honestly so motivating to finally move my body without feeling like I’m about to throw up and wanting to give up. Thank you so much Bailey!

The second I saw the word cardio I was not excited to do this, but I’m glad I did it, I absolutely enjoyed and actually was sad it ended!If you want to start your day with a positive energy I highly recommended!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤

On my 3rd day of the 28-day challenge. I'm redoing the 2nd day videos today since when I tried it yesterday I was so out of breath that I can't continue. But I'm so determined to finish this challenge that a minor hiccup won't stop me.😁 Here's to hoping I can finish the exercises for the 3rd day.🤞😁

I’m on day two and I’m honestly really loving the work outs so far! I’m decently fit, and for the longest time I thought the only way for me to “feel” the burn was when I did long and frankly boring workouts. So I decided to try Pilates for the first time. And I’ll just say so far I am loving it!

Day 2! I did day1 and stopped for two days 😂😂 but I was busy!!! Anyways back on track with you. This one felt so nice and fun to do even though it made me burrrn burn ❤️🔥
