15 MIN PILATES BUTT THIGHS + HIPS WORKOUT | shape + define standing pilates

In today's class we focus on the legs, outer thighs, hips and butt in an all-standing flowing pilates sequence. I call this style of strengthening workout Define Pilates - it will help to define and tone the muscle groups without bulking the thighs or legs. I am using 1 lb ankle weights in this class and I have them doubled up in some sections to add extra resistance. However as always you can totally do this workout without any equipment and if you are a beginner then definitely just use your own body weight while you develop your strength and technique.

Yep! I just started, I’m doing every other day though because the soreness is so much! Taking walks on the off days ❤

ive been taking walks while doing these and the walks really help my sore legs!!
my legs are literally shaking😭😭 i had to stop midway through because i wouldnt stop sweating and had to take an immediate shower after i was finished, honestly this is how you know the workout is working😻

Day 3 of the 28 days challenge has made my body sweat and legs shake more than any workout EVER, besides the burn was INTENSE- but im so glad i finished !!

I remember doing this on day 3 and feeling like I was dying, now on day 17 I'm still sweating just as much but feel so much stronger
I'm loving this one, it's both challenging and easy to follow. Definitely adding this one to my routine, minus the ankle weights for now.
I was not looking forward to day 17 because I remember how hard these videos were, but I felt so much stronger today! It really gets easier as you go. Good job everyone 🎉
i took 2 days off from the challenge(bc i had really bad period cramps) and started back up today and i feel great!! i cant thank you enough💛 found you and pilates through tiktok and your videos and energy have totally reshaped how i view my body and working out✨
The first two days were pretty fine....but these 3rd day workouts....OMG.... could never believe I sweat so much in just 20 minutes of workouts...my legs were shaking for 2 minutes post workout also😂.....my heart rate went so high...so I had to stop 2 minutes before....😢😢...Thanks Bailey!!😊 From so much sweating...I can feel how effective these are!!

@@sophiemohally5654you definitley can see results. Ive been doing her workouts and other pilates the past two months and my body is changing and Im losing weight. I did also start if and just being aware of the amount of fuel I put in my body (food, protein)

@@sophiemohally5654 personally no, but that’s because the gym puts you on the fast track to achieving these kinds of results. Nevertheless, I think long consistent pilates can definitely change your body in the long run but i wouldn’t know personally

I love how you motivate us throughout the video, because sometimes at the end my mind is telling me to finish the workout weak, but then you say finish STRONGGG and that motivates me so much!! day 17 lost almost 5lb i have such a hard time losing or gaining weight, but i’ve been so consistent with this challenge (even tho i take a break every couple days) can’t wait to finish the challenge and restart with the ankle weights and booty bands
