Quick waist toning + arm sculpting pilates workout | Abs + Waist Pilates

Today's class is a quick abs + waist toning class. We target the abs, obliques and core muscles. As a bonus we add in some arm sculpting including the shoulders, triceps and posture muscles. In the class I am using a light booty band and 1lb ankle weights. However you can totally do this workout without any equipment and if you are a beginner then definitely just use your own body weight while you develop your strength and technique.

I’m on day 16 and I’ve seen the comments of others doing this start to fade away a bit so I wanted to comment and say keep going!! We’ve got this and it only gets easier!!

it hurts so bad but feels so gratifying. knowing I’m better myself mentally and physically with this challenge. this kicked my butt!!.. and it’s still sore from yesterdays!!
Your workouts are literally the best, cause you're like the biggest hype girl. It's always about a second away from me giving up when you're like "come on we're in this together" and I'm like.. okay you're right lets do this

That’s exactly when I needed support to and the. She reminded me I have her in these videos so I powered through!
Never felt my abs burn so much and actually liked it! I’ve always disliked working out so much because I hate the feeling of tiredness and I hate it even more when I feel pain in my muscles. But let me tell you something, this workout somehow made me like that burn and instead of feeling tired, I actually felt more relaxed and light! It’s my first time doing this workout and I completely fell in love with it! ❤

It's day 2 of the 28 day challenge and my butt is still hurting from yesterday and I'm sure my abs will kill me the rest of today and tomorrow, but I actually like it. You're hyping us up so much, it makes me pull through and you just seem like such a beautiful person, I really enjoy these. Thank you❤

i’m actually shocked that i’ve kept myself this disciplined and have made it all the way to day 16! i have some of the best results i’ve ever seen!!
Day 16 ✅ definitely seemed easier this time around compared to I think day 2 so I’m gonna take that as I’m already getting stronger! 💪🏽

Day 2 of 28- i’m on my cycle and i had no motivation to work out today but i did it anyway. I felt awful during the first workout, the exercises made me feel very out of shape and self conscious but this workout was better. I had to try on clothes today and was very unhappy with my appearance so i’m hoping this gives some results. i’m already seeing muscle growth in my arms from other workouts. Hoping i manage to stick with this routine. Thanks for posting and i’ll keep updating to hold myself responsible. good work friends!! you’re doing great.

Nice! Day 2 down. I had so much to do during the day and I worried that I might be too tired, but the workouts are easy to do, doesn't take long and it left me feeling a little energized and good!

So glad I came back for day two, the previous cardio video was awesome and this is the most supported I’ve felt in workout videos online, it’s not too much but it’s enough to keep me going, and exercises are just on the edge of being hard
I’ve tried so many workout videos and yours are the only ones I can stick to!! Can’t wait to rock this 28 day challenge!! Thank you for creating the best wok out videos and for being so inspirational

this is the only pilates workout I've done that really burns deep into my core. absolutely love it!!!
I really love that you give us no time to think if we chould give up. And just tells us that we are strong and can do this. I also like that you don‘t use any timer. So it feels like that the time is flying! ❤❤

This is day 2 for me! I struggle majorly with consistency and almost postponed todays workout but I’m proud of myself for completing it! I had to take a few super quick breaks but I’m proud regardless!
On day 2 of the pilates challenge and I already feel like I have more energy! I’ll try to keep an update on my experience but so far i’m loving these workouts❤❤

Honestly your videos are the first I’ve ever REALLY gotten into pilates and I’m following them on my gym days at the end to cool down and I can tell you I’ve NEVER stayed so consistent throughout an ab workout like I did this and 10000% like the other comments said it’s a LOT to do with you being there hyping up! Also just downloaded your app!

I’m on day two!!! I don’t have 20 minutes in the morning because I usually cannot fall asleep until like 2am so i do it after school. I love how short it is and doesn’t make me click every three minutes to see how much longer!

Always excited when there is a new workout! 💕💕 Do you know what I can against flabby arms? Even though I work on them regularly they don't tone up in that underarm area. Hi lovely building more muscle will help, you could always add more upper body workouts to your routine - you can't spot reduce fat but you can spot tone if that makes sense so more muscle will appear more firm :)
