Hello beauties! This week i'm sharing my go-to summer routine to get back on track and restore my healthy habits. At this time of year I love to keep my workouts as short as possible to keep me energised and toned but not take up too much of my day. Believe me, 20 minutes is sometimes all you need for an effective pilates workout that leaves you feeling strong and sculpted. I'm also sharing my go-to healthy habits and eating routine while on holiday on this beautiful tropical island.

Watching this video while drinking a bourbon, wishing I had worked out today. 😣 I wish I could motivate myself more. I don't want to be fat anymore but I'm my own worst enemy. I've recently lost 12 pounds but now I've plateaued and motivation is harder to come by. I wish I could have more of a stress free life like this. Hoping that watching more of these videos helps me get back to being the person I know I can be.

Do you lift any weights or just body weight i have alot of weight to loose and flabby parts but everyone says to use weights its hard to progress with just body weight .
Hi babes! Do you think a good workout spilt including pilates and weights is a good idea? I’m thinking about doing 2 heavy lifting weight days for legs at the gym and then doing 2 arm day pilates workouts from home the other 2 days I workout

Personally i never lift heavy weights I only do pilates and some light cardio :)

Hey girl! I’ve seen tiktoks of girlies where they lift for leg days and do pilates for upperbody/core and it seems to work out for them! I would test it out for awhile to see what works for you :)

I have issues with my stomach from having kids and losing weight everything just sags if I'm being honest. My butt and stomach an my thighs its all skin that sags im so self conscious and i really hate looking in the mirror i want to get right before summer i have a few mins in the morning any suggestion videos for a beginner?

I do a mixture of videos from Boho Beautiful and Bailey Brown. Doing both of these consistently has truly transformed my mom body 😜
