Why I took a break from Youtube... (and what's happening with this channel)

It has been a long time since I have uploaded any videos here and I think i owe you guys an explanation...
Every time I try to re-start this channel and aim to post videos for you guys here consistently, life seems to get in the way. This time I'm going to do my best to get back on track and share more workouts and more vlogs with you guys. This youtube community means so much to me and I really. want to share more with you all and in particular share more quick workouts with you guys!

I have a theory maybe one person assumed you were deleting old videos before watching the video and wrote one comment and then other people read that while watching video and didnt finish the whole video and thought you were going to talk about deleting later and got worried about it and made a comment . But i was confused too lol. So glad you're not deleting i love align and i love your youtube too you are so creative with workouts they never get old always fun, graceful, challenging and peaceful at the same time you are magical . Thankyou for everything.

I finish your 28days pilates challenge this Sunday so the 7days challenge sounds just perfect! This is the longest I've been consistent with any kind of sports in my entire life. The 20 minute workouts are not a lot but I'm very proud of myself... I have not noticed a change in my body yet but I don't lose hope. Thank you, Bailey!!
Bailey, I’ve been doing your workouts since October 2022. I can pretty much only work out to you you have a way of keeping me going, and not stopping when I feel tired, it’s like your here with me. If you ever get to St. Louis, I would love to go to one of your shows you’re amazing. Thanks for everything.!

I am so glad that you shared because it shows the human part of you which people can relate/connect too. I love your short 5 minute workouts because you can combine and do whatever suits you that day or part you wish to work on specifically. You are awesome! Nice to see you back on YT! I found you on KZread during Covid but have been using the app since 2021. For those of you who don’t have her app Align, it’s amazing ! I use it consistently 4-5 times a week and there are sooooooo many good workouts.

I have been going through the same hormonal imbalance with acne, etc. and I would love to be able to be more in synch with everything going on in my body. Thank you for being authentic.

I feel like I’m struggling with something similar! I just turned 26 and my body has changed so much in just one year. I struggle with guilt around eating certain foods and I feel so much stress around not fitting into clothes I could fit just last year! I’m confused but I’m going on a journey to figure this out! Really appreciate this video alot. I turned 35 in January, I've noticed no matter how hard i do try and i work out regularly am not seeing great results overall. I know my eating drinking habits could change, but i don't know where to start. Also it freshing to hear about the hormones/menstrual cycle as for alot of us it can be very hard to deal with. I would love to know more about hormones as during the cycle it can be very painful. Again thank you for this video. Appreciate any feedback you have to offer. Great to see your back on youtube ❤
