  WOW so rude my comment didn't post! But basically I said I agree, sometimes I think I forget that I am not all about brand building but sharing the love for Black authors and then reading whatever I want to lol. And I like the vlogs as well because I do often look back my vlogs (especially travel ones or when friends are around) and reminisce. 9 years is such a feat! And I'll do this tag, so thanks for tagging me. Might take me a while though because I am so slow with content creation lol. Readathons still happen! And reading sprints too (although quite a lot are behind patreon paywalls, including mine lol).

  Nine years on booktube is such a feat honestly! I came in in your discussion era. A Tale for the time being is such a good book and I can understand it being your favourite. I also really loved the book of form and emptiness by ozeki as well, which won the womens prize. I think at the moment I was thinking of the brand image a lot lately, and need to come back to what I love about books and booktube and I do look back at videos and especially my vlogs to see what I was up to or for the memories. Readathons are still happening! And reading sprints a lot too although sometimes behind patreons. Thanks for the tag, I think I am going to do it too. (not soon because I am so slow lol)

  the men are all the worst in Jane Eyre. I always just am rooting for Jane/independence when it comes to the pairings. The only thing that saves it for me every time is the fact that Jane continues to just call him ugly even though they are "soulmates" lol. I am just like go ahead girl, drag him, call him ugly!

  Hello, I’m glad to have found your channel. I’m here for four years and have found a community of maybe older people who really not only love books but help one another. I only get a few hundred views if that but as long as I continue to make friends and, stay healthy, I probably will still stay on book tube. I would never do TikTok. But then, I will be 74 in August.😊 aloha

I have a pretty varied subscription list in terms of types of booktubers, the young and social media-y ones and the tag-doers and and event-parttakers, lots of different ages, genres, backgrounds, walks of life, and that’s what I love most about booktube, the variety of people on here. Some niches on KZread are very one note, but on booktube there is a place for anyone who likes to pick up a book every now and then 😊 I’m very happy I found your channel, I like your take on things and your sense of humor! 😅 👒 Ps I also read mainly litfic but dabble in a bit of everything to find what I like!
