"My ultimate OPT would be me and mental stability" the way I screamed 😂

oh no, I hope you get well soon!! I also came to Avatar: TLA as an adult and LOVED it!
Oh no, I'm sorry you have (had?) COVID! I hope your recovery has been quick and complete. And YES, I'm glad you read and enjoyed Mornings in Jenin! I'm hoping to re-read it in the next couple of months. This was such a fun video and I love your sense of humor!
Adding The Colony and Glory to my tbr !!
I hope you feel better soon!! I'd be so down for a Booker reading vlog from you, I loved your Womens Prize content :-)
HELLO handsome - who tf looks this cute while they're sick????? black cake was sooo good. your cover is so much better than the US cover though, i'm jealous. "i can't read. this is a channel about reading." i'm dead omg
I noticed your revamped Bookstagram, it’s awesome!
Hope you feel better soon!!
Feel better soon. Get some sun. 🌞 It helps with covid or anything else.

Thank you!
I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed Sea of Tranquility! Also I'm very much been trying to convince myself I don't need to buy The Prophet ever since seeing it on your bookstagram; it's so stunning I don't know if I can resist.

SOT was great! And yeah, that edition was pretty hard to pass up, good luck resisting! 😅😅
NOT COVID 😭 hope you feel better quickly 🥺
I just finished Animal Farm after midnight this morning!
Hope you're feeling better! Thanks for the great recs, as always. Reading 5 of the 6 shortlisted books for the Women's Prize was also my highlight this year :) I saw Eric Karl Anderson talk about the Orwell Prize for Political Fiction, which I hadn't heard of, and now I want to read that shortlist too (though the winner is being announced tomorrow- whomp).
noooo hope that by the time you see this comment you'll have recovered! :( but also can't wait to read some of these!! your Miguel Street experience is making me laugh out loud for real, this is how i felt as a kid when we moved around a lot and somehow every new school i went to had Tuck Everlasting on the curriculum for whatever year i was entering...

I've never heard of Tuck Everlasting but the word Tuck makes me think of drag queens 🤣😳. I am also fully recovered!

the most impressive thing about this video is that you taught a class about a book that you had never read haha. i saw biance del rio live a few years ago and honestly even by the end of the show it was starting to feel like too much. her comedy is good in smaller doses for me

Snaps to you for actually reading your required reading... eventually. I've been putting up and putting down Emma since it was a set text in a class freshman year of uni.

It would be so much fun to watch a Booker reading vlog from you! You are really selling me of Sea of Tranquility every time you talk about it, it just sounds better. Also, I really like your version of this tag meshed together some great questions. Maybe I will film this version of the tag? 🤔

Definitely make this tag whatever you want! And I'm happy to indoctrinate everyone in to the SOT stan club.

I had to read this for grade 8 literature in Jamaica and I flew threw it because compared to the other literature books that year it was GOLD. But I still ended up not enjoying it.
You thought Korra was the better show?!?!? I am overcome. Befuddled. Bereft. Confuzzled!

@SevnLi Korra was a phenomenal concept, but needed a little bit more to refine it. But what we got, I loved, even more than Avatar.
Hiiii, I hope you feel better ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹
