Thank you for sharing. I also think We Have Always Been Here is a good book to add to the list. I'm not muslim but I felt that book did a good job of grappling staying religious and proud while also accepting queerness.

I also really liked that one! I didn't include it since this is a fiction list, but it's a great choice for an Eid gift as well!

I just finished Love from A to Z and the separate character arcs were part of the reason I liked it so much. I recently picked up Hijabi and Red Lipstick so I hope to get to it soon.

I'm totally adding all of these to my tbr! (apart from Love to A to Z cause it's already on there!)

Very good helpful video! My friend and I put together a young readers' Ramadan table at our bookstore this month, (we used once upon an Eid and I requested All American Muslim Girl on your recommendation) and I will be sure to reference this list if we get to do the table again next year!
