Hi Paul, I have been a Poi spinner for over 10 years but since my Depression I gained a lot of weight and couldn't find anything yet to include in my daily life to get fit again. I found out about indian Clubs and there are a lot of similaritys between them and poi spinning. Now I bought my first pair of clubs and already love it. Your Videos are a huge inspiration and Source of Information for me. I love that something that will make my body stronger can also give me that feeling of Flow. Thank you for All your great content!

Hello Mr. Vetkoek, Thank you for your message 🙏🏼 🙏🏼 🙏🏼 🙏🏼 🙏🏼. I am happy to hear that you have discovered Indian Clubs swinging and have become motivated to get moving. I agree that there are similarities between poi spinning and club swinging. I bought a set of poi to compare the two disciplines. Keep that FLOW going as movement is so important for our combined mental and physical health. As you can see Indian Clubs offer an amazing variety of combinations which I consider like golden nuggets which are there to be found. Best regards, Paul

Paul, wow! ❤. The thing that impresses me the most with this is just how S-M-O-O-T-H you are. I can do most of those moves but I haven’t got that mojo of smoothness. Thank you for showing the transitions slowly. It looks very cool anyway to change speeds and still keep the beat. Palms together for the master!🙏

Здравствуйте.Как вы считаете,что полезней для здоровья гиря или булава?

  • @Wolkowinski

I like to swing 10-minute sets with the mace because it provides fantastic cardio. The weight of the mace increases threefold during a swing due to gravitational pull. I also lift kettlebells with the swing, clean, and military press and consider this a strength-building exercise. So to answer your question, I practice both disciplines. I used Google to translate this message for you.
