INDIAN CLUBS | Persian Meels 3 Count
This is a tutorial variation on the standard 2 count where both meels move at the same time. The 3 count adds a parallel swing across the front of the body. Therefore the sequence is right arm back swing, left arm back swing, followed by a parallel swing across the midline where you start again with individual back swings. The parallel swing can be used to make a 180 degree body turn.

    One other thing I’ll point out is, I believe, Mr. Wolkowski is in his early 70s. I think he is proof that regular exercise helps us age more slowly, live healthier and more vigorously.
