INDIAN CLUBS | Follow 4 Count
The Follow 4 count sequence rule requires one club to point up and the other to point down at all times as you swing.
To follow this rule, you must swing with one arm leading and the other following. The leading arm is changed according to the swing style.
For example, to swing parallel left, your right arm must lead, which is reversed on a swing to the right.
In the inward and outward sections, either arm can lead. This is governed depending on which transition is used.
Basic Transitions.
In the first part of the video, you will see four slow-motion transitions. Followed by the same sequence shown at the speed of 60 bpm.
Complex Transitions.
The next sequence shows the back hip circle in four complex slow-motion transitions, followed by the same routine at 60 bpm.
