INDIAN CLUBS | Expanding Reels
Reels are traditionally swung to the front and back of the hips or around the head. Following last week’s Fast and Slow Circles video, I realised that the front hip circle can be expanded to a straight arm circle and shrunk back into the front hip circle. Facing the camera, I expand the reel leading with my left arm, and after the turn, I expand the reel leading with my right arm. The expansion is generated from the back hip circle. The swing sequence is outward, parallel, inward and parallel on the other side.

Hello, Do you think it's possible to do club exercises while walking? I've been reading up on something called Heavyhands and it seems like it could be cool to do it with clubs.

Yes, absolutely, I have done it many times, by just swinging the clubs as you swing your hands. It really strengthens your grip.
