Was good to see this. Been subbed for a few years now. Been dealing with some nerve issues, but I do need to get back into 'clubbing'. Felt my best when I was doing that and lifting. Have a good day : )

Hi Jason, I'm glad you enjoyed this video. I hope that you can find your way into swinging clubs again soon, as the on going benefits are huge.

About what weight in the single ball and the heavy clubs you recommend to start with?

Hi KJ, I assume your question is about the Gada or Mace. The answer depends on you fitness and build. That means as a guideline a person of small build, start with 5kg, medium build 8kg and large build 10kg. In saying that it's all about technique, technique, technique, and again technique.

I started really gingerly with double clubs at 600 grams then moved up to 1kg now I'm holding at 1.5kg that seems ok to me just have to make sure I did the right technique

Hi KJ, Good on you for starting to swing clubs and for making progress. One secret to good technique is that you don't swing too fast. The second is to use gravity as the clubs move downward, which is a great marker for the speed you should use.

Hi KJ, For Indian Clubs I personally rarely swing heavier than 3lbs per club, I find that anything heavier starts to restrict the range of motion. For Persian Meels I would recommend starting with 3kg per club.

@@Wolkowinski thank you.Yes I feel 1.5 kg is about enough for the Indian clubs. I will make a 3kg male? And look at some more of your videos for how to swing it

@@Wolkowinski yes I noticed the letting the club swing and just steering it to be a good technique
