INDIAN CLUBS | Fast and Slow Circles
Front circles are fast, and wrist circles are slow. The idea of this video is to constantly change speed by switching circles and mirroring the wrist circle patterns on the left and right, outward, parallel outward, inward and parallel inward.
Asynchronous parallel front and back hip circles are used for transitioning from side to side.
Followed by sagittal toe squats with open and cross-body wrist circles.
