INDIAN CLUBS | Click Sliders for Good Swinging Technique
Click Slider Indian Clubs were designed to develop good swinging technique. I turned these clubs based on a photo of an antique pair I saw in a private collection a few years ago. The Click Slider Clubs should be silent when swung as I demonstrate with the classic heart shape pattern and reels. It is also fun to experiment by forcing these clubs to click, this works very well with straight arm circles. In saying that I found that synchronising the click sound is surprisingly difficult.

Glad you enjoyed it Sir, I was quite taken aback with the instant feed back from these clubs.
Very nice clubs Paul, good video too. I can see how they would be a great tool for learning. You can get good feedback with a weight on the end of a rope (like poi) but the thing I like about these is that there isn't that same pressure to go faster in order to keep the rope tought, which is great for beginners and as you said perfecting technique.

Thanks Alexander, you are right, there is no pressure to go faster. Gravitational pull should be used to set the tempo, and most important of all, achieving the full range of motion for your shoulders.
Those are gorgeous. In a perfect world, these would be readily available everywhere

Thank you. I will make these clubs available, once I have corrected the design. Watch this space.
Just got a pair of 10lb clubbells , I’m really digging them. I’m a climber and find them super useful for wrist/shoulder and forearm strength.

I am very happy to hear that you have become inspired to learn this ancient art.
Brilliant
Very interesting design. As I am getting older and after beating myself up with heavy meels, these smaller creative ones are more appealing.

@@Wolkowinski Thank you for your comment sir. I'll look forward to play with it. And sir, Is it okay to pray for you?
Would be cool to use those with a metronome or drum machine for a musical workout 👍🏽

I have found that there is a delay in generating the 'CLICK' sound, and I have not managed to figure out how to synchronise this with the rhythmic beat of a drum. It is a work in progress.

@@Wolkowinski ~ If you figure out a way, it would be a one of a kind event. Regardless it was a great vid and your skills are really extraordinary.
Very creative. How much do they cost?

No problem. I have a little more development to do, but once I am happy with the design I will start making these clubs myself.
