This channel is about all things related to painting and creating art. As a mixed media artist, I love to work with a variety of mediums and it is my hope that I can inspire people to explore their own creative skills. Art is a wonderful way to destress and have fun. As I am also a trained counseling therapist, I will always do my best to provide you with content that can help you learn mindfulness skills to help you create a better life for yourself.

Toujours un plaisir pour le yeux de regarder tes créations. Dans la région ou je suis, en France, cette année il y a beaucoup de pluie et les légumes tardent à pousser, mais l'année dernière, à cette période, nous subissions la canicule.
Merci beaucoup d’être toujours si gentille Monika ❤️🤗 La nature m’émerveille vraiment! Les plantes ont beaucoup de résilience et peuvent s’adapter jusqu’à un point, mais comme pour nous les chaleurs plus intenses sont plus difficiles à surmonter. Je vous souhaite tous un été plus tempéré cet année 🤗💕
Thanks for showing me another gorgeous painting and the inspiration. I also have 6 or 7 boards going at a time. I paint the watercolor backgrounds and a bit of detail work if they dry soon enough or go on to another painting. I'm impatient, too.

the smell so strong from the texture compound that i can't use it but it is some awesome art!
I'm so sorry to see the smell of this product is not good for you. I am thankful that it doesn't affect me, but I do have other scent allergies so I can imagine how it would be better for you to avoid it. Some people in our community have mentioned that it is possible to create your own texture paste using readily available products that may not have any scent. I haven't tried this myself, but maybe it would be worth doing a little bit of research online to see if you could find a recipe you might be able to use. 🤔 If you do give it a try, I'd really love to know what you think! Thank you for your comments on depression. Watching this has been so helpful. I have been creating neurographic art for some time now and yes it has helped me. You are so right about staying silent but I’m not there yet. Only my closest friends know about my struggles. I spent 10 weeks in a mental health facility with few people knowing. Once again, thank you for speaking out. I will endeavour to break through the judgemental environment and barriers in which I work. ☸️
Thank you so much for having the courage to connect with me about this ❤️🤗 Please do not feel any pressure to speak openly about your journey until you feel ready to do so (I will say however that this was a wonderful step and I promise you, I am a safe person to share this with 💕). I'm glad to see you have friends you can be open with about your depression and I also am so glad to see you are reaching out for support in the healthcare community because there are ways to heal and it all begins with support from the right people. It is hard to find people who understand and I know we still have a road to travel before there can be more acceptance. Many have called me weak for my struggles but I know, and I hope you know, that it takes a lot of strength and resilience to walk this journey. I always paint using artist intuition. Especially when my painting is going sideways. In many cases I start painting a flower but end up painting a landscape or abstract. Those are the paintings that usually come out the best. My art professor in college used to call them “happy accidents”. You just let your inner artistic child run wild.

I really enjoyed this particular video. The colours are definitely calming, and the technique with the salt doing its own thing is so fascinating. It reminds me of rock, pebbles and stones that all have their own striations.
