I really appreciate this comment for a number of reasons ❤️ First, I appreciate your kindness. 🤗 And, you're also helping me realize that I get so much more from sharing my joy and creativity with you all than I would get if I was just doing it by myself for myself. When I was younger, I guarded my creativity and rarely ever shared my artwork with others for fear of the criticism that could ensue. Having grown past that point, I can now be open to whatever comes my way, confident in the fact that my creative joy lives within me, no matter what comments come my way. I can let the not so supportive comments bounce off me and feel my joy amplify when I know that someone else also experienced joy for traveling the journey with me 💕 Thank you so much for all of this 🥰

The original layer of blues with salt and cling film effect was so beautiful that I would have had a difficult time painting over it. However, I should have known by now Gabrielle that your vision would take it to higher levels. Like others people have mentioned, sharing the journey with you and hearing your joy as the painting develops from your original icy inspiration is captivating! I love the hints of magic green and blue pearl.❤ Thank you for an amazing end of year post….wishing you and your family a happy, healthy and joyous year ahead. Hi Bernice, my sweet friend 💕❤️💕🤗 I'm so glad you enjoyed traveling this journey with me! Like you, I loved the initial layers so much that it was hard to think of covering them and yet, I felt pulled to do so and I'm glad I listened to the call of my intuition. This creative process was special to me in so many ways. I love how the painting developed and I also loved that I really gave myself the space to listen to what my body needed and rest when I needed to. It took me a while to complete it and in the end, it was a celebration because I was able to do it in a way that was joyful and none of it brought more pain into my body. It's so nice to be able to share this with you because I know you can appreciate where I'm coming from. Thank you for being with me this year 💕 Thank you for being so kind, caring and supportive! I wish you and your loved ones a happy, healthy and loving 2024 ✨ Lots of love and great big virtual hugs heading your way 💕🤗✨

Nature and art!! Both great sources of inspiration for me too! Oh my gosh this turned out to be sooo beautiful!! First of all the inspiration picture was just stunning and so interesting the way the ice formed! Every step of watching you paint your icy painting was so mesmerizing. That pearl blue is sooo gorgeous! 🤤💙 That and your magic green together was so... I don't even have the words anymore! 🤷‍♀️😍 I look forward to all of the creating we will do in 2024! 🖌️🎨 I am praying about your pain. 🙏 Has anyone checked for a pinched nerve? I don't recall you saying if they have. It really sounds like you have one, especially if it's mainly affecting your upper body on one side. 😥 I hope you get some answers. Hi Lori!!! 💕🤗 I thought of you when I bought this pearl blue - it is so beautiful!! Like the Magic green, but in its own way ( you know how much I love my shimmery paints!! 🥰). I really LOVED creating this piece ❤️ Just the idea of trying to interpret what I saw that day and then playing with textures, marks and my paints - well, all of it was a joyful exercise and I'm so happy you enjoyed it too! I'm having to work differently these days, as you know, and it was also a nice chance for me to offer myself grace in my creative process. It turns out I do have a mild impingement of my ulnar nerve in both arms (thankfully only mild arthritis in my neck right now). I also have a Morton's neuroma in my left foot. None of it is severe for the time being so I am thankful I am sensitive and hopefully catching all of my little booboos early 🤞🙏🏿. Physiotherapy, gentle stretching and exercises along modifications to my workspace all seem to be helping me improve so I am feeling optimistic that I can maybe heal somethings completely and also hopefully slow or minimize the progression of the arthritis. Life is a journey!! And a beautiful one at that 💕 Thank you so much for continuing to send me your love, prayers and support. I appreciate it more than words could say. Mostly, I appreciate you my friend 🥰 I'm sending you lots of love, great big hugs and wishes for a 2024 full of love, happiness and health for you and your loved ones 💝🤗🎉
