Great workout which I have now been doing every day at my desk at work for the past few weeks. I was having issues with my knees and needed to strengthen the muscles around them and this has really helped. I just wish I had discovered it before now!! Thank you so much.

this is the most intense workout i've ever done...was looking for a more relaxing routine on a hot day and now i'm taking a break while having reached muscle failure before even finishing all reps on each workout 🥵😫♥

Thank you this was wonderful. I'm sorry to hear about your son. My heart goes out to you. I lost my mom this past Sunday and the intense pain and ache is so deep. Feel the I will never stop crying as it comes in waves. Keeping up with routines to keep myself moving. Hugs and prayers for you.

Loved your classic barre workout!
It was a good upper body workout out. However since Upper Body was not mentioned in the title I assumed it would have lower body workout as well, but really didnt focus or do anything for the lower body. :(

Great workout, but what about chest and back? Looking forward to more of your workouts, although mirror cuing would he really nice. Trying light weights/high reps for a while after heavier upper body workouts. 👍

I just bought mini bands today. I didn’t know what I was going to do with them. I only knew I was looking to build muscle in legs and burn some fat. Now I know what I’m going to do. Can’t wait to try this workout. I can’t exercise due to bone on bone knees. I’ve been so frustrated, but I think this will really help.

Advice? I’m kind of big (5’1, 215) but have never been able to do lunges properly, even when I was more fit (175). Gained it back after pregnancy lol
