    I appreciate the detailed instructions and pace. I gave up barre because the classes near me tend skip out on instructions for alignment or are paced way too fast for me to get into proper form. This was the rare class that did not aggravate any of my injuries, thank you :)

    Amy, I'm so glad to see the increasing amount of subscribers on your channel! My friend from Sanibel (whose home was affected by the hurricane) and I began our pandemic workout journey on your channel over a year ago, and we loved each and every workout. You are amazing and were a huge part in helping us to get and stay fit during a very isolating and challenging time in our lives. I just wanted to say thank you for all the love you exude on your page, and the way your helped us strengthen and tone our bodies. I have loved every minute of your workouts.     Many thank yous for the new & longer barre workout, Amy. I really liked this class bc of the inclusion of the warm-up & doing quad-lifts while the hip was turned out or opened up. I have a hip flexor injury so I usually do quad-lifts with my hip turned out/opened up anyway. Great to see you back!❤
