20 MIN Seated Chair Workout with dumbbells and a loop band at home

This 20 minute seated chair workout will tone and sculpt your upper body and leg and core muscles while sitting down. All you will need is a set of dumbbells and loop resistance band.     You are a great teacher. It isn't super complicated that you are ruining your body. But it makes my muscles shake ... so I know it is working. I did 3 of them today... kind of afraid of tomorrow!😂😂Thank you!

    Well you kicked my 78 year old booty, this was another GREAT workout. Before this one I did the seated leg one with the bands. You are awesome, thank you :)

    Wow! Another great workout, Amy! I am completely non-weight bearing right now (1st metatarsal cuneiform fusion and 1st toe osteotomy). Once healed, I have to have my other foot done. I should be completely healed by Spring though, and your seated chair workouts will get me through this Winter!!! Please consider doing a cardio chair workout, and thank you so much for these workouts!

    This was sooooo good! I loved these exercises! Easy to underestimate a seated workout but wow it was not easy in a great way! Thank you for another awesome workout.     This was a good workout and really worked my arms and legs. I started with 8 pound weights but by the fourth move dropped to the fives. Thank you for sharing this. I appreciate you.
