    It was so good! I was afraid the 10 lbs were going to be too much but they weren’t. My granddaughter has special needs and cannot walk (she’s 3) so I try to not go crazy with arms to the point where I’m sore. This was perfect and I’ll add this to the must do again list. You have so many fabulous workouts with such variety. We are blessed to have you on KZread, girl.
