    As always, fabulous way to start the day (after morning prayer, of course!) I needed more abs, so the last exercise, arms out stretched, over and under pulses were done in the Pilates 100 position. Have a great day!

    I have been doing a lot of rebounding lately. Thought I would do some weights without jumping. Maybe we could invent rebounding barre!!!! Thank you for sharing this.
