    This was so awesome! I don’t have kettlebells so thank you for doing this! I’ll definitely be doing this again. And I know we didn’t have to practice balance in it but I still felt the core for sure. The ab weight ones were perfect for my back too. I felt the burn but my back was in perfect form on the floor. Thank you!

    greaaat workout amy, thank youu! just one question, any tips on how to make sure our back is not arching or rounding when swinging? sometimes i'm just not too confident that i already did the right position to make sure my back is not hurting. thankyouu
