    14:02 ATTENTION EVERYONE: DO NOT DO THIS EXERCISE AT THE GYM! All I see is skinny boys wasting the cable crossover machine while people are standing there waiting to use it THE RIGHT WAY. This is a useless, dumb movement and is NOT the best way to work triceps. Sam Sulek is a good person, but he's also the reason why so many kids have no clue how to train.

    you probably wont read this but with regards to transitioning over from a bulk to a cut how do you decide when do pull the trigger? When you get too fat? When you can't get as much food down without discomfort? When you feel your strength is plateauing/stalling ?

    Based what I see recently on these videos then it is going direction of heavy weight and I would not sprint so much cause body is not robot and for young man like he is (20+) injury can come without any warning. So sometimes slow down can be more beneficial rather than the other way around. But this is only my opinion.

    Not sure if you care to talk about this stuff on your channel, but I’m curious what you plan to do career wise after graduating? Are you planning to get a mechanical engineering job, possibly short term, to have a better point to jump back into a normal career at some point? (I’m also a mechanical engineering student)
