    Sam has been extremely motivating for me. After losing 85lbs I was struggling to find a way to share my journey to help more people do the same and after discovering Sam’s channel I realized that you just have to be consistent with your OWN journey. Just like fitness, our other goals are going to be achieved if we stay consistent with the process. Results take time but only we can start that timer. Thanks Sam

    been weight lifting off an on since i was 16, currently 34. Ive watched a lot of influencer come and go and been motivated by the greats. I have to say that I dont think the world understands that Sam is probably going to go down as one of the greatest influences in body builiding that this world has seen in prob 15 years.

    I’ve been hitting cardio like crazy lately and I’m cutting, not huge I’m like 170 with some muscle. It’s melting the fat off lo. Do your cardio folks. The more consistent and strict you can be with your plan the better and faster your cut will go.

    In the middle of a cut, is it better to prioritize 200g Protein (goal) or keep to the calorie deficit in the day? Basically, can i eat the Tuna and hit the goal, OR do I go to bed and tomorrow is another day?

    Funny how Sam said he would do random sets when playing fortnite. I did something like that when i was in high school playing Black Ops 2. Whenever I'd win/lose a match I'd do 10 push-ups or 10 sit ups. Didn't really amount to anything back then but was a fun idea. Love the vids man!

    Honest question and this is where im at in the gym, how do you hit chest without getting your arms worn out before your chest? I feel like i have this same problem with my back. I also prioratize my form and squeeze a lot but i seem to always just burn out my arms and not get a good chest workout in.

    Sam, have you ever had elbow problems when doing lateral raises. Sometimes when I do them, I can feel my elbows clicking and I'm kind of concerned about it. I don't play sports that revolve around utilizing my elbow and was thinking its a form problem.
