Samson is really a world class guy. Super good person.
Great video. Man sam is so fortunate getting tips from a top Olympia competitor like samson. That type of one on one most of us would kill for!
Respect to Sam for putting his ego aside and taking in some good advice. This man will go far! Nothing limits progress more than an ego and the unwillingness to learn from others
Love seeing the sharing of experience. Sam’s honesty is refreshing.
This was excellent!! Great to hear a champion like Samson explain bodybuilding and building that muscle correctly. Samson is a good man.
At 1:12 when Sam says 120 isn’t his first set so his viewers don’t think he’s just jumping into a heavy set to protect us from injury is golden🤙
This video is genuinely focused on the better improvement of peoples workout with genuine knowledge. Thank you samson
Samson is an inspiration indeed.I think sam needed to hear this critiquing. He has tons of potential. I definitely took something away from this video just hearing what samson had to say. When he said, when you lift heavier weight than you should be,( and not that you're not capable of lifting it) you tend to loose focus of the goal of breaking down the muscle and the slow eccentric and squeeze at the top and tend to focus on just moving the weight. Solid advice coming from a professional bodybuilder.
Keep the Sam and Samson content coming! The duo we didn't know we needed
This is an awesome collab. Hosstile is killing it 💪🏾👍🏾
