Samson is an inspiration indeed.I think sam needed to hear this critiquing. He has tons of potential. I definitely took something away from this video just hearing what samson had to say. When he said, when you lift heavier weight than you should be,( and not that you're not capable of lifting it) you tend to loose focus of the goal of breaking down the muscle and the slow eccentric and squeeze at the top and tend to focus on just moving the weight. Solid advice coming from a professional bodybuilder.

👏🏾Excellent video!🔥🔥🔥Dope to see Samson in coaching mode. I always tell guys genetics is one thing & does mean alot, but when you look at these dudes at the top of the sport there's definitely a method to the madness that isn't just simply lifting heavy weight, great form with a great stretch & great contractions will always build a great physic!💯💯💯

I know it was his 3rd working set but anyone notice how Sam got less reps with proper form with 100s versus him pumping out 150s with bad form. Mechanical Tension. Actually using the chest and not just moving weight from point A to point B

I feel like Sam wasn't enthusiastic about Samson basically shutting down his heavy lifting style, especially on camera. Don't get me wrong Sam is amazing but when you're in the presence of REAL veterans who legit have reached the top of the top, you should humble yourself and accept any and all advice given to you.
