This comment. All this mainstream fitness is so lame man. Just making flashy content. Guys like Jesse James West. His content was good now it's just for simps aho click for seeing some 🍑🍑 Kinda sad that he's collaborating with all these legends like jay and ronnie. Glad to see real guys like Sam getting attention and making bodybuilding famous for itself and not for flashy shit and getting girls. That's byproduct imo. Having real passion is first.

I really want to commend Hosstile man!!!!! You guys see what we all see in Sam and that’s a kid who genuinely loves to work out with great genetics. What makes sam great is that his vibe is genuine. He’s not telling people what to do or how to look like him; he just takes you for a ride to the gym because he loves the pump! This is why I hate when coach Greg ostracizes him instead of just reaching out behind the scenes to help the kid. I think Hosstile will save this kid, educate him, and take him to the next level. He definitely has a promising career in the bodybuilding world! Much love Hosstile 🔥🔥🔥

Sam is just awesome and he already has millions watching his progress, i recently just followed him and he is just so likeble and down to earth guy, well spoken and hard working..I swear every day he goes up a million on his channel..He'll most likely be the cbum of open once he starts competing...All the best to Samson on his Mr Olympia prep, go win it big dog 💪.. Amazing content guys.

This is an underrated comment. I used to be one of those dudes that was hell bent on using free weights for every exercise. In reality, machines play an important role in achieving maximum hypertrophy in a lot of lifts. I think people struggle in strategizing when to implement machine exercises in their routine
