Look at his expressions as he pushes. It’s more tension biting or grinning his teeth no push on the chest. That’s why bodybuilders say you have to have mind and muscle focused what you’re targeting. Sams energy is gone when he tries to push. And he is not breathing too 🙄

If you could swap out the soda with kombucha or sparkling water, it would be better. Artificial sweeteners may cause memory loss and dementia as you get older.

If you can get moose meat it's the best. It has 100 g of protein per pound, it's lean, and it has all the essential amino acids.

Monday..Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3. Bench press 5-5-3-3-3. T Bar row 5-5-3-3-3. Lat pulldown 7-7-7-7-7. Barbell overhead press 8-8-6-6-6. Zercher squat 8-8-6-6-6.. Thursday..Barbell squat 8-8-8-8-8. Barbell overhead press 5-5-3-3-3. Bench Press 8-8-6-6-6. Lat pulldown 7-7-7-7-7. T bar row 8-8-6-6-6. Romanian deadlift 8-8-8-8-8.. Sunday..Bench press 8-8-6-6-6. Barbell squat 8-8-8-8-8. Lat pull down 7-7-7-7-7. T bar row 8-8-6-6-6..Barbell overhead press 8-8-6-6-6. Farmers walk 5 sets..as you can see i do squats with slite higher reps feels better for me. And added zercher squats to give my lower back a rest and different deadlift variation so its not too taxing. Also 1 week i do 3x a week then the next week i do 2x a week for good recovery. Very basic no isolation exercises just basic compound exercises that's all I do..increase weight each set last 2 sets done with same weight.💪

Incredible ROM on the leg press! Wow! I wonder if doing those deep squats with no weight first was the key to that flexibility. Gonna try it!
