Sam is the only person who can be repetitive and not be repetitive
I started going to the gym and tomorrow it marks year 1 of consistently hitting the gym and fixing my food intake, i have to say Sam gave me that last push and inspiration to start working on becoming a better person and as of today i will continue until i have become a better man. *Thank you Sam.*
I like this guy, the more i watch the more i can appreciate his no non sense straight to the point methodical choice of words. Very well calibrated this young man is if this generation strived to be like this our country will be in better shape in the years to come good job sam!!

These videos are so great because anyone who doesn't watch Sam can just come to watch any random video and they'll probably find some good tidbits of information for helping them get in shape. And it feels like a hangout rather than a specific this is how you should work out video.

@@ARDG89 It's possible with the right genetics. I'm 260lbs *WITH* abs, same arm size as Sam, 20 inches. Vascular, etc... Ofc I'm not *AS* lean / hard looking as Sam, because I'm natural, gear can dry you out and bring out a lot more details, and it also took me 10 years. But yes, it's possible. I am starting my first cycle soon though. Curious to see how I'll look.

17:30 Sam, the math is simple but reality is much more complex. Traumata can influence your organ function therefor your body doesn’t use the nutrients as efficient. Calories don’t go to where they should go and it is both ways, if you are to thin you won’t gain weight and if you are to big you won’t lose wait. Stress is a huge factor and I never heard you touch on that. Considers todays era of depressed people, how much stress and trauma they go through, this is hindering them to gain or lose weight! I got cancer when I was 10 and I’m left with an irremovable tumor near my neck bro. My body has to heal and recover slowly. Trauma and stress and it’s influenced is a matter that gets talks about to rarely. Try to do some research on that and touch on that next time. I am sure a lot of the viewers will appreciate it.

Sam has Meadows vibes in how chill and smart and kind he seems.
13:21 thank you sam for pleasing us with your amazing back shots
I went hard in the gym before watching Sam now it’s just insane 💪🏽
I'm 41...so...I only catch Sam videos periodically mostly because we share a gym. Anyway...glad to see him eating his natural diet 56:40 . Sardines and steak...not much better you can do than that!
The meal coverage is a must bro. Maybe every three vids we must have it. Really interesting to see you in the wild that way. Remember this is like rewinding time to a period where we had real world on mtv. Dont know if you know what that is what you do but i know its why it works
Thanks for the Suleking Sam 💯
It always brings me joy to see you working out in a Planet Fitness, with their "Lunk" alarm. Thanks for letting us along for the ride.

Sam I have to say after all the years of going to really awesome gyms I wound up at planet fitness too… but it’s mostly because of financial problems right now and I have no beef working out there and when I joined I had a lot of injuries from free weights so it was actually a good place to rehab everything the only thing is I was just going to go there for a minute and then get back into a gym but my brother you never know what tomorrow brings
Way to crush another session at planet 💪🚀🔥
Love it when Sammy does a little hee hee laugh when he’s posing down. Those tricep daggers are lookin mean son!!!

On some of them he doesn’t do time under tension and he’s massive. I’m gonna try his method.
Brachialis - reverse straight bar curls on cables. My regular sick pump & growth.
I loved skull crushers before I rebroke my arm lol, good ol full extension on some cables is more the speed or I’ll start hearing my arms creak like a wooden roller coaster
Chest day for me today, spring bulk day 3
Also can confirm: Sardines have 3.4g creatine per every 100g
getting real fancy with the editing!
Getting some shred! Going to be epic dieting down!

Hey brother I tried those v handles and I have to say they felt pretty dang good 👍
I'm leaving a thumbs up on this - i love seeing something else than the usual! (Allthough that is good too)
What brand sardines do you prefer Sam?
Just discovered the Dip machine at Planet Fitness the handels rotate to inner or outer position. The inner position really burns.
My problem with my diet is that firstly, I don't make a big enough effort to eat good meals and make time to actually eat a lot. And secondly which has really been holding me back is that I am finding it super difficult to physically eat as many calories as I am supposed to with my size. I'm 5'10 220, have a large frame and genetically have probably more muscle by default than the average guy. I do have a good amount of body fat (no idea what %) but I am slowly slimming down while slowly putting on more muscle mass at the same time so I assume I am eating about my maintenance calories for the day usually. But that is strange to me because I think I am usually eating between 2300 to 2800 calories a day but according to calorie calculators I should be having about 2900 to 3100 to maintain. This leads me to believe that I could have a pretty slow metabolism considering smaller amounts of food seem too feed me more. This could also explain why I find it hard to have a big (or any) breakfast for that matter and why I feel super full for a long time after I have a meal. Does anyone have any tips for how I can overcome this? Or how I could figure out my own personal caloric needs? I'd love to be able to eat more but even if I made more time to eat more I feel like I just can't get the food down before I eat myself into exhaustion and feeling bloated and sick.
Planet Fitness kick for me too hitting legs for days
Hey sam what electrolyte powder would u recommend?
Started counting my calories about a week ago. You’re absolutely right. I am not eating as much as I thought I was 😂
