Hosstile lacking hard
Really like how you always address the beginner and advanced lifters individually. Where you talked about a beginner just getting to the gym a few times a week is progress really hit home with me. Been going about 5-6 months now and trying to keep up with going 4 times a week. Haven’t really dove much into diet other than trying to stay full and mindful of eating less processed foods. Can’t wait to see where I am in a year!

My gym bros! Especially for those more dispositions to gain body weight easily: What I discovered as a natural lifter is something interesting. For us bigger guys, we must focus on between cutting weight and setting up a new set point body weight (or caloric maintenance/maingaining). The maingaining is already a technical bulk for us bigger guys, since we already have more than enough body fat to nourish muscle fibres. The smaller or more learner men must do what Sam sulek basically does: which is prioritize a bulk and maintenance of a new caloric set point. Sam sulek only really cuts down his intake only to actually get to a new body weight set point, not really to stop his leptin or satiation of hunger. Us more inclined to gain weight easily-we must actually do many cutting sessions of intake to lower our leptin, and set a lower calorie set point. In short, leaner men focus on bulks and cut to a maintenance set point, bigger men focus on cutting down weight to then stay at a reasonable set point of calories, to not get too hungry and at the end, mess up our diets. Bigger men are fater only because we have more leptin. Lean men struggle with the opposite, and don’t have enough gremlin or hunger to eat more.

I'm 36 years old and for most of my lifting career (about 18 years now) I trained with lower weight and higher volume 90% of the time and usually 6 days a week. FINALLY, this year, I have made a serious decision to take up the Mike Mentzer method and bro... I am gaining strength and size faster than I ever did in my 20s. HDT is the way.
Excited to see what clean eating and meal prepping will do to his physique. At least meal prepping will already be a great thing. Love the commitment

You should look into getting yourself a Blackstone for meal prepping, makes a Sunday of meal prepping easier since you can cook and mix everything together. Enjoy your videos brotha keep up the good work and keep grinding.
