I actually prefer the videos where you senior guys actually get Sam to try different stuff and try to teach him. You just gotta keep letting him ultimately do his own thing and for the love of god get rid of the obnoxious beats. It is good that Sam promotes just a burnout on your targeted area. It doesn't have to be an hour of straight shoulders. But pumping throught your side workouts is the trick. Just don't over exert yourself.
