Hello Sam! I enjoy you're content and reminds me of when I was you're age with big dreams and feeling like there was no limit to what I could do. I am 53 and still love hitting the weights nothing better then feeling that pump. Unfortunately I hurt my shoulders by tearing both rotary cuffs from a non gym related accident. It has taking me 20 years to heal and get my shoulders back to being decent in strength again. If I can give any kind of advise it would be to take it slow with shoulder work outs and to make sure they are strong. Shoulders are the easiest to damage and once they are it takes a really long time to recover. I see to many youth in the gym now a days that do to much weight and stressing the shoulders to much, they may think nothing is wrong and yes they may get away with it because of their age but it bites back hard soon enough and one wrong move or minor injury will end big dreams real fast. Keep up the great work and look forward to seeing you in Olympia one year.

I used to do a separate muscle split e.g arms, shoulders, back etc. but saw a vid saying push pull legs is better. Any recommendations?

@@ethanwood5338 Idk you're here obsessing over him. Probably has a decent chance given the average age of Mr Olympia is a decade older than Sam.

Sam I think it would be in your best interest to learn how to fix your car rather than replace it. Kind of a chump move to just get a new car when your alternator goes out or your battery dies IM JUST SAYING BRO

If I was in a band I would send him my music and say he can use it in his videos. He wouldn't have copyright issues and they would have a huge audience. When he is actually working out, he can let that play. Besides just listening to his grunts.
