I admired the background on your lifting history as I found it very relatable. I started lifting at my neighbors house because they had a home gym. This was roughly back in 2013 which is hard to imagine was 11 years ago 😳. I remember carrying the weights and barbell outside and since we didn’t have a rack, the two friends I lifted with would put the weight in my back for squats and we would do a whole bunch of full body compound movements. We would even blast shinedown, nickelback, creed, and evanescence. What’s even cooler is that is that this is back in the OG days when sixpackshortcuts and Scott Herman were the big influencers. Time flies guys, start working today!

Sam you got to remember bodybuilding is about light weight and high reps and push ups and most of calisthenics is perfect for endless hypertrophy as compared to heavy weights. You can get a big chest with repping 135 like a madman cause that's all you have, same as the calisthenics guys in New York with freak chests and backs because of how deep they hypertrophy their chest and back from so much push ups and pull ups as compared to heavy weight and less reps. Hypertrophy is all about ripping that sucker to pieces and when paired with a carb and protein surplus means muscle growth always

I'd love to see Sam do some gymnastics on a video, just for fun. However, I know people say this under others' videos that use Sam's content, but I have to say that I, too, am worried about his health, considering the enhancements he may be using. He's young so his body can take on a lot but I worry it might become to be too much. He seems like such an easy-going, sweet, and considerate man. I wish him all the best and I understand he has A LOT on his plate, meaning lots of pressure too ofc, but working out is supposed to be about health. We're losing sight of that in this industry. Taking any sport too far will result in bad health and injuries. I hope Sam is surrounded by good and sincere people and I hope he prioritises his health above all else.
