👌👌
Poor presentation, Not showing results just the bold head!!!
😅
Great
May I ask the source of the information?
Kindly explain in which week these exercises be performed. Little bit clarity needed on it
this was super helpful
Great! From which phase can we start?
Good morning :) I’m new to your channel, can I know after how long time after ACLR can this exercise be performed? I’m after ACLR after very unlucky accident. Luckily having a very good physiotherapist.
How long time is the girl on a video after ACLR?
As someone with an ACL issue, is the Bulgarian Split squat inherently better than say a leg press or hack squat?
Jeans and cowboy boots in gym? Come on dude get them match sticks out or maybe some joggers and trainers😲
Really appreciate this video! My clinic doesn’t have anyway to test and we see a lot of ACLs 🤦🏻
Ameliyat oldum 63 gün oldu bunu yapabilirmiyim
appreciated 👍
Your content is great!!!
After 3 month what kind of exercise I need?show me sir?
Thank you!
Hii sir ....which exercise comes in open chain ...can we do leg raises in early 2 weeks post op
Wrong , you’re not supposed to be kicking like that
Does sitting have a certain significance vs laying on back and doing a similar exercise?
Чо так медлина😂😂
For controlled movements because you have knee pain and want stronger stabilizing muscles
Do I isolate the front leg or am I allowed to push off both?
You isolate it. That's the point of Bulgarian split squats bro.
Is this exercise dangerous for the knee ?
Is it fine if I’m doing full force when doing any kind of Isometric training?
Nice❤
Love this exercise! I have used this with my ACL Rehab athletes at this stage as well (20-26 Weeks Post)
Thank you!
Had ACLR surgery two years ago, had really bad quad atrophy and still can’t run. This is really helpful thank you
مرحبا انا جد معجب بالتمارين انا عامل عملية رباط صليبي مع تنضيف غضروف مع تثقيب العظم وعمري 42 اقدر اعمل هاذا التمارين لو في مشكلة
I'm terrified of doing box jumps. Afraid I'll go from tear to full rupture.
May i know the mae for the ball please and the size exactly is it swiss ball?
I have growing pain on acl and my whole knee can i do this
Can I do this if I haven’t had surgery
Sure thing. Will definitely help strengthen the tendon
Thanks alot 🙏🙏
Doing this doesn't seem like it would propel me any faster. I simply don't understand the technique. Coud you explain what I'm supposed to have in mind while doing this during an actual sprint please? Thank you
Its basically helps when your switching foot when you are sprinting to not “lag”, when I mean “lagging”, I mean that the foot is way too far back and it’ll take more time to get your next step. This tiny technique fix can make you run way faster. It is also called the 4 technique because when you are switching foot, you position is like a four. You can search it up on KZread to find more kind of tutorials on this technique!
Thanks! Will steal some!
i get a kind of aching pain feeling in the front of my knee cap when i do the single leg squat variation. how do you know if you should push through to improve strength or back off a bit.
In some literature it is advised to not load the injured limb in OKC exercises/testing against resistance before week 12 if a hamstring graft was used. Could you elaborate if you would still do a isometric max.-strength test for the quads on a patient with a hamstring graft around week 8-10? Thanks for your help!
Link to those bands.
Schwachkopf
Is it the same as the calf raise?
@XtheGreat thank you man
Can we use manual resistance for knee extensions especially in early stages of injury? Where is best place to place hand to add manual resistance?
9 months ago I had surgery for a meniscus tear. In my first stages of strengthening ar rehab my physical therapist would apply manual resistance to get my strength up. She would usually place her hand on my lower shin bone above my ankle and it felt fine doing it like that, I hope this helps 🤝
@@fabsflintstoneiii3266 thank you
@@fabsflintstoneiii3266 hey when did you begin the manual resistance strengthening after surgery? was it started immediately after surgery or at the 6 week mark. When she did the manual resistance was it like an isometric or throughout the full range of motion?
@shahroz khan shiiiii I started rehab like 2 weeks after surgery and they were just having me do range of motion stuff for a while I don't think I got to the strengthening until maybe around the 6th week like you said but I don't really remember tbh it was almost a year ago but they started the strengthen very light with limited range of motion
@shahroz khan but when she did do it it was both isometric and ROM but limited ROM because I didn't have the full ROM back yet
Thanks for sharing. I have question, some years ago I injured my left knee doing repetions in an incorrect way as you showed on the knee extension machine. I fellow the knee over toes guy program which somehow did help. I am pain free but Sometimes it hurts when going from flat ground to steps and bak to flat ground. The random pain occurs just when fully extending the knee after bending it to go through steps. It also clicks when squatting or going upstairs. I find that couch stretch for the quad helps with clearing out the pain the next day. I think perhaps a patellar tracking issue rather than jumper knee. What do you think ?
Look into single leg squats as knee pain can be from bad hips
May I highlight my (still ongoing case), got knee pain Aug 2021, diagnosis from MRI in Feb 2022, partial acl tear. I did rehab for 3 months, got good results, minimal pain, except no running, jumping. But later developed stubborn pain in the opposite hip. Had a lot of stuff going on in life, so had to discontinue the rehab. I started rehabbing on my own(basically Strength training, bodyweight squats lunges) until one day I got pain back in my knee in November this year and i started losing muscle again in my knee. Went to ortho, and he said that since an MRI done in Sept 2022 shows acl is fine. And clinical tests are negative, it may have healed. If it's healed then why is my knee hurting, feels weak and clicks every now and then. I hope my ACL has actually healed and it's just muscle atrophy causing my issues. Sometimes I wonder if full acl tear is better due to no such uncertainties.
Was your clinical test positive before?
@@afabaangang7708 Yes actually, but it was still not severe, very low grade(2, but idk remember exactly what test it was out of Lachman, ADT etc).
@@afabaangang7708 Yes, it was mild still, and it was 5+ months ago between the second clinical test. Apart from that my knee is still weak and little painful, so I'm working on increasing strength and getting back athletic function while balancing pain.
Hey. I think you should get MRI done again. It could be that the pain is arising from some other area, and not the ACL
Could be scar tissue showing on MRI as a healing - in other words, it may not actually be healed. Could also be some other issue - a tear elsewhere - ligament or meniscus. Probably from your home rehab, tbh.
Following your channel, awesome content. got my acl reconstruction 4 months back, not able to get full extension. some key tips you can suggest?
Great
when are you supposed to these exercises ? please can you explain sir
4 month post op
How can I do that alone?...
