ACLR Rehab: Lateral Movements

Here's 2 simple ways to increase the demands on the ACLR athlete as they progress through rehab.
Naturally, a simple lateral hop, land & stick would come first; but when they can tolerate that, try progressing to...
1) resistance band lateral hop, land & stick
2) lateral rebound hops + stick
Note: each athlete will progress at their own rates through rehab and drills like this won't be for everyone; so if you're a patient watching this, make sure you check with your regular treating physio before trying these.
