ACLR Rehab - When do I start prescribing open chain exercises

Knee Extensions during early ACLR rehab
Knee extensions are safe to do in the early phases of ACLR rehab.
We just need to use sound clinical reasoning in regards to contraction type, loads, ROM performed and frequency of training.
Here's my evidence based approach taken from my recent learn.physio "Practicals" session.
Practicals makes you feel like you're in the room learning from the clinician, and it starts this week!

In some literature it is advised to not load the injured limb in OKC exercises/testing against resistance before week 12 if a hamstring graft was used. Could you elaborate if you would still do a isometric max.-strength test for the quads on a patient with a hamstring graft around week 8-10? Thanks for your help!
