ACL Rehab - Foam Roller Hamstring Curls

Hamstring curls (either on a machine or swiss ball) are one of my favorites to add into the rehab mix to get the hamstrings going soon after a hamstring strain, or after 6wks post-op ACLR (hamstring graft).
So in the event you don't have gym access or a swiss ball, but you have a foam roller, here's an alternative for you. You're welcome!
